The School of Engineering was eliminated at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York, starting in 1988, and the last diploma was delivered in May, 1993 (according to published material). A new undergraduate program, created with a Title III grant, started in 1986, meant to replace the School of Engineering, was called the Department of Computer Graphics, in the School of Arts and Sciences. A graduate program was started in 1988, in addition to the undergraduate program.
